If you are looking to get the most out of your BMW N54 car with stock, upgraded stock turbo, or even single turbo kits then a custom tune is for you. Let our BMW calibration experts work 1-on-1 with you to help customize your DME using the latest calibration tables from MHD or EcuTek. Every car is custom calibrated to be setup for you and your unique setup.
Our tuners have over two decades of combined experience and will directly remap hundreds of tables in your DME including comprehensive boost control, throttle behavior, ignition, cam timing, and many other tables that control how your engine performs.
Our team of BMW expert calibrators strive to provide a tune that is dialed in for your specific modifications, ambient conditions, fueling setup, as well as the condition of your motor. Off-the-Shelf (OTS) maps are designed to work with on a large number of vehicles often leaving efficiency and horsepower on the table. The custom tuning process allows us to dial in your tune specifically for your car, allowing us to achieve better drivability, more intuitive throttle mapping, reliable power/torque gains across the entire rev range, and not to mention improved gas/fuel economy.
Remote / E-Tuning is a process in which we will instruct you what specific parameters to log as well as how to go about performing the log. It is an iterative process and new map iterations will be sent after each set of logs we receive. We work hard with our customers until a satisfactory, smooth, and safe calibration is reached. Customers are encouraged to hit the dyno and gather dyno charts at their leisure. We support virtually any and all combinations of modifications for the N54 ranging from stock to all out single turbo builds. REMOTE STREET TUNE
This option is perfect for the person who wants to be involved in the tuning process. Your feedback is just as important to us as the data we get from your performance logs in MHD or EcuTek. After a short discussion with your tuner about your vehicles setup, you will receive a base map to get a log of. Using your description of how the car felt, the .csv log file you send us, and your intended use of the car we will continuously update the file through multiple iterations. On average you will receive an updated tune file w/in approximately 24 hours of the logs being sent back to us. The typical number of revisions until completion ranges anywhere from 3 to 10 depending on many variables that we gauge based on the data your logs present to us. Some cars take more while others take less. The process moves at your own pace. The faster you get us logs the quicker we can get updates back to you.
REMOTE DYNO TUNE
Take the extra step towards a complete and flawless calibration. Our team of tuners will schedule a time with you to focus on your car and your car only. Whether you are local or anywhere in the world we are able to tune your car as though we were there sitting with you. In a 1.5-3hr dyno session we will fully calibrate your DME for your mods, engine health, and driving style. Focusing on creating efficient and power output we will use your logs and dyno plots to dial in your vehicle as precisely as possible.

Shipping
We ship all orders to the address specified during checkout as the ‘shipping address.’ Please use a deliverable address. DMVBMW LLC will not be held responsible for the loss of a package due to inaccuracies in the ‘shipping address.’ All undeliverable packages returned to DMVBMW, LLC will result in a refund to the customer less shipping charges. Also, due to an increase in fraud, new customers can only ship to their billing address.
Shipping charges are based on weight and dimensions. During checkout, several shipping options are provided. Please select the option that is suitable to your needs. Shipping times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Tracking information, if obtainable, will be emailed to the customer when the package leaves our facility. International shipments can be delayed due to Customs which is beyond the control of DMVBMW, LLC. International shipments can take up to 60 days to reach destination. Any duties, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your country’s Customs and Tariff Policies before placing an order.
Items on back-order will ship as soon as they become available. Updates on availability will be emailed when possible to the customer. Some items may remain on back-order longer that originally quoted. Back-ordered items may be canceled for a full refund before they ship.
DMVBMW, LLC packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Occasionally, damage may still occur in transit. Please inspect your package immediately prior to accepting delivery. Damages and evidence of tampering must be reported to Precision Raceworks, LLC and shipping carrier immediately. If damage is observed, refuse the package and 'return to sender'. If damage is discovered after order received, original packaging must be kept, and damages to package & packaging must be photographed and sent to Precision Raceworks, LLC when filing claim for damaged shipment.
If you received a wrong item, contact DMVBMW, LLC at sales@dmvbmw.com within 2 business days from the date of receipt to obtain a valid 'return merchandise authorization' (RMA) number. Replacements will be sent once the wrong item has been received and confirmed by DMVBMW, LLC.

Returns
Refund policy
DMVBMW, LLC will only handle returns for the direct purchaser. If the purchase was made from a retailer other than dmvbmw.com, please contact the place of purchase for further assistance.
Returns on ‘new’ merchandise for exchange or refund will be allowed within 30 days from the date of shipment. ‘New’ merchandise cannot be used or show signs of damage from installation or mounting. If you install or modify parts ordered in any way, you automatically waive your right to returns, refunds or exchanges.All returns must be accompanied with a ‘return merchandise authorization’ (RMA). To receive an RMA, you must contact DMVBMW, LLC at dmvbmw.com. When requesting an RMA, please provide the following details: Name, Order Number, Date of Purchase, and Phone Number. Returns will not be processed without an RMA. Returns must also be received within 14 days from the issuance of the RMA. A RMA does not guarantee a refund or replacement. All returns will be inspected upon return to DMVBMW, LLC for return eligibility. Returns must be shipped prepaid by the customers. Please maintain all shipping and tracking information until your return is processed since DMVBMW, LLC is not responsible for items lost in shipment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please include a copy of your original invoice and contact information with all returns. Eligible returns will be exchanged or refunded less a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued by check or to the credit card used for the original purchase.
Purchases may be cancelled for a full refund before the order ships. Please contact DMVBMW, LLC immediately at dmvbmw.com to stop the processing of an order. Once cancellation is confirmed, a credit will be issued.
Orders already shipped from our facility cannot be cancelled and will fall under the Returns for Refund or Exchange guidelines.
Special orders or customized items can not be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the proper size and application of all parts before installation.
